Terms of Service

Last updated 6 September 2026

Allia is an affiliate recruitment service operated by GTM Labs SL (Spanish tax identification number B27607845). In these terms, “Allia” names the service, and “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GTM Labs SL. These terms describe use of our website and the general conditions for our service.

1. Your agreement with us

Allia is intended for businesses and professional users. Each client signs a separate agreement with GTM Labs SL before the contracted service starts. That agreement defines the scope, fees and commercial conditions and takes precedence if it conflicts with these general terms, subject to applicable law and mandatory third-party requirements.

Booking a demonstration or reading this website does not create a subscription or an obligation to purchase. Service terms are incorporated into the client agreement as agreed with the client; browsing the website alone does not replace that agreement.

2. What Allia provides

Using the brand brief and recruitment criteria agreed with you, Allia discovers and evaluates creators, supports contact enrichment and verification, carries out introductions and follow-ups, and works toward getting creators registered in your affiliate program. The service also updates associated creator records in your authorised connected systems.

Your subscription includes access to Allia to discuss recruiting, suggest niches and query available connected data, together with recurring meetings with our team. The particular markets, volumes, integrations and responsibilities are defined in your client agreement.

Additional work, including partner reactivation campaigns, custom reporting, workflows and bespoke integrations, is provided only where separately agreed in the scope of work. You retain control of your affiliate program, commercial terms, commissions, payouts and ongoing partner relationships unless an additional service expressly provides otherwise.

3. Accounts and authorised users

You must have authority to use Allia on behalf of your organisation and provide accurate account information. Keep credentials secure, grant access only to authorised users and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for managing your users and their permissions and for ensuring that they follow the agreed conditions. Account access may not be shared outside your organisation unless your agreement permits it. This does not remove our responsibility for the security obligations we undertake.

4. Acceptable use

Use Allia for lawful professional purposes. Do not use it for fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination or surveillance, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful messaging. Do not bypass security controls, access another customer’s information, disrupt the service or use credentials that you are not entitled to use.

Do not extract or redistribute substantial portions of the service or its data, resell access, or attempt to obtain proprietary source code or models without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Automated access must use an authorised interface or integration. Do not present Allia’s assessments as official endorsements by creators or social platforms.

5. Instructions, outreach and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your brief, program information and materials, your right to supply them, and the commercial and legal approvals within your control. We are responsible for performing the recruitment work we agree to undertake and for our conduct when contacting creators on your behalf.

The agreed brief and scope define the outreach Allia may carry out, including relevant audiences, markets, messaging restrictions and approval requirements. Automation operates within those instructions; it does not authorise us to negotiate or accept different commercial commitments on your behalf.

Recruitment communications must comply with the rules applicable to the recipient, market and communication channel, including any consent requirements. A publicly listed contact address or an opt-out mechanism does not by itself establish permission to send a message. Messages must identify the sender and the represented business and provide an appropriate way to decline further outreach. We apply recorded opt-outs and agreed exclusions to subsequent outreach.

6. Connected systems and third-party services

Connecting a system authorises only the access and actions covered by your permissions and agreed scope, such as reading recruitment information and updating creator records. It is not a general authorisation to change unrelated records, send unrelated messages or make payments. You must have authority to grant the relevant access.

You can ask us to stop an integration and revoke access through the relevant provider. Doing so may prevent the associated tasks from running. Third-party subscriptions, availability, permissions and usage restrictions remain subject to the provider’s terms. We remain responsible for the integration work and obligations assigned to us in your agreement.

Allia is an independent service. Use of information or integrations from Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, TikTok or other providers does not imply their sponsorship or endorsement.

7. YouTube API Services

Allia uses YouTube API Services to help discover and evaluate creators using public channel and video information.

By using Allia, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the service. Google’s processing of personal information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

YouTube controls its API services and may change their functionality, access requirements or quotas. Those changes may affect the related Allia features. Neither access to YouTube information nor a creator’s response or participation is guaranteed.

8. Creator information, AI and outcomes

Creator information and automated assessments depend on the sources available at the time. They may contain errors, be incomplete or become outdated. Classifications, recommendations and generated content are not official statements by the source platforms and do not establish a creator’s suitability or future conduct.

We use these tools to perform the agreed recruitment work. You remain responsible for your program’s commercial decisions and for appropriate checks before entering additional agreements with or paying a creator. This does not require you to manually approve every automated step unless that is part of the agreed workflow.

Unless expressly committed to in your signed agreement, we do not guarantee a particular number of registrations, responses, sales, revenue or return on advertising spend. A registration means that a creator has joined your program; it does not mean that the creator has generated a sale.

Website demonstrations and sample conversations are illustrative unless explicitly identified otherwise. Historical benchmarks, where provided, are references drawn from anonymised information from other brands, not a forecast or guarantee for your program.

9. Customer information and confidentiality

You retain your rights in the materials and business information you supply. You authorise us to use them to deliver the agreed service, operate requested integrations, provide support, maintain security and meet legal obligations. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide that information for these purposes.

We treat non-public briefs, program economics, records and results as confidential and limit disclosure to authorised recipients who need the information to perform the work, or where disclosure is legally required. These terms do not grant a general right to share your identifiable records with another client or use them to train general-purpose models.

Personal information is also covered by our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the parties must put in place the applicable written data-processing terms covering instructions, responsibilities, security, providers and the handling of data when the service ends.

10. Intellectual property

Allia’s software, interface, branding, documentation and proprietary methods are owned by or licensed to GTM Labs SL. Your subscription gives your authorised users a limited right to use the service for your organisation’s agreed business purposes during the contracted term. It does not transfer ownership of the platform.

Creators, clients and third parties retain their respective rights in their materials and content. Access through Allia does not grant additional rights to reuse that content. Ownership and usage rights for bespoke deliverables are defined in the relevant scope of work.

11. Fees, duration and cancellation

Your signed agreement specifies fees, taxes, payment dates, included volumes, contract duration and any renewal, cancellation or refund arrangements. Additional implementations require an agreed scope and commercial terms. This website does not create a separate minimum commitment, cancellation period or refund policy.

Stopping use of Allia or disconnecting a system does not itself cancel your contract. Cancellation and any outstanding payment obligations follow the agreement you signed.

12. Availability and service changes

Allia is designed to support ongoing automated work, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages or restrictions. References to 24/7 access do not create a guaranteed uptime or human-support response time. Any specific service levels are those agreed in your contract.

We may update features to maintain or improve the service or address legal, security or provider requirements. Material changes to contracted obligations are handled under the client agreement; updating this website does not override those obligations.

13. Suspension and the end of the service

Subject to your agreement and applicable law, access may be restricted where use is unlawful, breaches the agreed conditions, presents a security risk or involves unpaid amounts that give rise to a contractual suspension right. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate, except where urgent action is needed or notice is legally restricted.

At the end of the service, recruitment activity and system access cease in accordance with the agreed wind-down. Return or deletion of customer data follows the agreement, applicable data-processing terms and legal retention requirements. Confidentiality, intellectual-property provisions and other obligations intended to survive remain applicable.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise this page to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements or third-party conditions. The current version shows its update date. Changes affecting existing clients follow the notification and acceptance arrangements in their agreement; publication alone does not amend a signed contract.
