Allia runs affiliate recruitment on behalf of client brands, which means we handle two different kinds of data: information about the people we work with, and information about the creators we evaluate and contact. This page covers both.

Information you give us

The demo form is currently a preview. The website does not send, store or process anything entered into it.

Information shared while working together: your partner criteria, priority markets, program terms and the operational contacts we need to hand partners back to you.

Creator data we process for clients

To run recruitment we collect publicly available information about candidate creators and publishers — channel details, audience and content signals, and business contact addresses obtained from public sources or licensed data providers.

This information is used to assess whether a creator is a relevant partner for a specific client program, and to contact them about it. We do not sell it, and we do not reuse one client's outcomes as a shortcut for another.

Creators can ask to be removed from our outreach at any time, and every message we send carries a way to do that. Removal is recorded so they are not contacted again by a later run.

Website analytics

This site does not currently use analytics cookies or third-party tracking to profile visitors. We may update this section if that changes.

Who we share it with

Service providers that make the work possible: data enrichment and verification providers, email infrastructure, CRM and cloud hosting. They act on our instructions and only for these purposes.

The client a recruitment program is run for, at the agreed handoff point, so they can bring the partner into their affiliate program.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Creator records are kept while they remain relevant to an active or recurring program, since that record is what prevents someone being contacted twice. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely so the request continues to be honoured.

Demo enquiries sent through an approved contact channel are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant, and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, or object to processing. Write to the address published on this site and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
